New Tire Returns & Exchanges
New tires may be eligible for return or exchange only if they are unused, unmounted, and in original condition. This ensures the product can be safely resold and meets industry requirements.
Once tires have been installed or driven on, they are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund, though in some cases an exchange or solution may be offered if you are not satisfied. Many tire retailers follow this same guideline to maintain product safety and quality.
For eligible returns or exchanges, please bring:
- Original receipt or proof of purchase
- Tires in new, unused condition

Cancellations and Refund
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee of the total sales order.
Special Offer: Cancellation of special-order items is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If the item has not been shipped within 10 days, the cancellation fee will be waived.
If a return or refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Damage Claims
Damaged Items: If your shipment arrives with damaged or incorrect items, contact customer care immediately. We will arrange for replacement or exchange. We will be responsible for return shipping charges.
