Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been driven on and are not damaged are eligible for return.

Process: Contact our customer care team to obtain a return authorization number. Ensure the tires are repackaged securely to prevent shipping damage.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after the returned items are inspected. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any shipping charges incurred.

Special Offers: Special order items are not returnable.

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee of the total sales order.

Special Offer: Cancellation of special-order items is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If the item has not been shipped within 70 days, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Damaged Items: If your shipment arrives with damaged or incorrect items, contact customer care immediately. We will arrange for replacement or exchange. We will be responsible for return shipping charges.
